Why the timing matters
Hockey interest in the Triangle is growing, but access remains constrained. The question is not whether every market signal is already proven; the question is whether enough real demand can be organized into a disciplined facility and partnership model.
Where partners may fit
Potential conversations may include private capital, senior debt, sponsorship, naming rights, land or site support, municipal access agreements, youth-access funding, tenant partnerships, and event programming.
What this is not — yet.
This is not a public investment offering. It is not a claim that a final site, facility scope, financing plan, or operating structure has been secured. The current work is focused on validation: making demand visible, pressure-testing the model, and identifying aligned partners who can help determine whether the project should move forward.
